White retired from professional football in August 2022 after stating that her "football dreams came true" with the victory at Wembley in 2022. She became a mother in April 2023 and says she is relishing her time with her newborn child.
WHAT WHITE SAID
Speaking on her retirement after grabbing the MBE, White told : "I feel like it was the right time for me. I’m really content and really enjoying what I’m doing now in broadcasting and working for the BBC and spending time with my family and my little daughter as well. Breastfeeding my baby, they’ve been amazing. She comes everywhere with me. I think it’s just the support of that work-life mum-life balance. They’ve gone really kind of above and beyond for me and my family."
